Es <strong>decidir qu\u00e9 conviene ejecutar dentro y qu\u00e9 conviene delegar fuera<\/strong> para ganar eficiencia, velocidad, especializaci\u00f3n o flexibilidad.<\/p>\n\n        <h2 id=\"como-funciona\"><strong>Outsourcing: c\u00f3mo funciona<\/strong><\/h2>\n        <p>Cuando alguien busca <strong>\u201coutsourcing qu\u00e9 es y c\u00f3mo funciona\u201d<\/strong>, normalmente quiere bajar el concepto a la pr\u00e1ctica.
